Today is Two for Tuesday! Two amazing giveaways in one day! Hurrah!
First, remember this adorable print that I shared in my Easter display post yesterday?
It was super simple to make, and I love that it looks like chalkboard art! However, it is just a piece of black cardstock paper with text sketched on top.
My handwriting is not nearly neat enough to do that on my own, so I used the sketch pens made for the Silhouette to whip this up in a matter of a minute!
I was as easy as replacing the standard cutting blade with a sketch pen {I used white}, and Silhouette turns into a printer, and sketches amazing designs. Pretty fantastic!
The pens come in oodles of colors! So pretty!
And the things that can be created are endless!
And you guessed it, it's that special time again! Silhouette PROMO time!
You can snag yourself a CAMEO or Portrait along with a Sketch Pen Starter kit, steeply discounted for IHeart Organizing readers. Just go here and enter "ORGANIZING" at checkout! Promotion runs through March 31st, 2013.
Oh, but that's not all! It is way more fun to end the post with a giveaway! How about a Silhouette Portrait anyone?
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Happy sketching and....

Gah how I would love a Cameo!! I swear I have been dreaming about that bad boy ;) If only I had $270 eh! Fingers crossed for winning the Portrait though, that would be sweeet! I adore your blog :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jen
ReplyDeleteI'm actually planning to buy a Silhouette so this promotion is great timing! Would you recommend a cameo or portrait?
Thanks
Sarah
Hi Sarah!
DeleteIt really depends on what you think you will be using it for, however, you really can't go wrong with either and I love both. The Portrait is compact and simple to use and is more portable, however, the CAMEO offers the ability to cut 12" pages which I use more frequently, and also has an SD slot.
xoxo!
Jen
Forgive my ignorance, what's an SD slot?
DeleteI too am considering purchasing one during this promotion and I'm trying to decide which is better. :)
Thanks Jen. Think I'll go with the CAMEO. Being able to cut 12" pages will probably be more convenient than cutting down paper all the time. Off to spend money now (poor credit card!).
DeleteI wish your giveaways were open to Canadians :( Don't worry I'll still read your blog no hard feelings :P
ReplyDeleteGlad there are no hard feelings. :D Unfortunately, I don't get to select who the giveaways are open to, that is done by the business due to their individual shipping standards.
DeleteI am always trying to work with companies that ship internationally, I love all my readers like crazy!
xo,
Jen
ENTERED! Thanks so much for the awesome giveaway!! Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteI wish I was more artistic and a better doodler. :) I tend to draw hearts and flowers. So typical!
ReplyDeleteWhat font did you use for your print? I love it!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I used Chalk-hand-lettering-shaded_dem for the font.
Deletexoxo!
Jen
Hi Jen, I looked through the entire silhouette store for that font and can't seem to find it. Is that what it is actually titled? Did you recently purchase it? I didn't look at the clearance items.
DeleteThose sketch pens look awesome! Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try a Silhouette!
