350 IHeart: Hardware Bling & a GIVEAWAY!

One of my personal favorite ways to dress up any space in our home, is to look for updated hardware options for dressers, cabinets and drawers.  I believe that a little hardware bling goes a long way, which is why I was over the moon giddy when D.   120. I recently added some pizzazz to a dresser by painting a thin trim on it and modpodging some decorative paper onto the drawer fronts. I'd LOVE to finish it off with some great drawer pulls. I also would love to use some glass door knobs as curtain hooks. Just something a little out of the ordinary to make it look extra special!

  157. We are in the process of updating our kitchen and these terrible old white(ish) cabinets. We've painted our walls from gross Tang-yellow to a calm Chinchilla Grey. Our (small) appliances are red and our goal is stainless for the major appliances. The satin nickel steel bar knob (http://www.dlawlesshardware.com/stbarknbrnif.html) would be the most practical and look so modern. In my heart I love the antique milk green glass knob (http://www.dlawlesshardware.com/anmilgreen11.html) which goes with nothing in the house, but maybe could be inspiration for the guest room!

    I have an old wooden desk that sits in the corner of my kitchen. It's stained and varnished now, but I plan on painting it with chalk paint and changing out the drawer pulls. It's nothing ornate, just a very plain desk, but it's just the right size for the space that it's in. I know that if I use some awesome drawer pulls on it, it would really make this piece POP and give it some character.
