21 Reader Spaces: Kitchen Extravaganza

Day one of the rockin' Reader Space week begins today!  Let's get right to it shall we?



CC shows us that shoe pockets rule in the pantry!  Who knew?

April gives us a real life example of what a kitchen should look like if your are serious about whipping your cupboards or pantry into organized shape!



Brittany had me drooling over her new pantry, and offered tons of other organizing ideas for around the kitchen!



Jessica gives us a full kitchen cabinet tour, and sports a pretty sweet kitchen back splash to boot!

 

I seriously love spice containers and Kim show us why...





My girl, Jen, has another sweet pantry!  I adore the light bulb storage!




Heather gives us a peek around her organized kitchen, and shares how she saves money by meal planning!




Angie set up an organized oatmeal station!  I am so smitten for all those toppings!



Ashley has a brilliant tip for keeping everything in it's place!



And I couldn't have been more excited to have gotten an email from a friend of mine, who loves to bake as much as I love to organize!  As you can see, she has an organizing gene in her as well!!


Now if I could snag up that baking gene...

I will start.  Mine is to meal plan.  Taking the few minutes to invest in planning out meals saves us so much money at the grocery store and gives us a "go to" instead of hitting up a "drive thru".

    Great ideas! I keep 're-organizing' my cabinets every other week- which tells me my 'system' isn't working. Maybe some of these idea's will help me come up with one that works!

    Having my pantry and fridge labeled has made everything so much easier! I know what I have for meal planning, what I need so there's only one trip to the store, and I (especially Husband)can find things quickly.

    Ahhh! I'm tickled to be featured, as this is my favorite blog, and all of these other ideas are so fabulous! My tip for staying organized: never go to bed with a dirty dish. Otherwise they just pile up in our home!

    Loving the idea of this week even though I'll miss your original posts, Jen! But it's fun to see inspiration from all of my fellow readers!

    A favorite tip? Hmm...finding clear containers that fit your space really well, and emptying boxes/bags from the store into them. Especially with cereal...I swear no two cereal boxes are the same size, and there's no way the big ones would fit in my cupboard, so having plastic cereal dispensers is a lifesaver!
